DEEP TISSUE | MYOFASCIAL + TRIGGER POINT THERAPY
Therapeutically, a deeper, more direct pressure is applied to troubled muscles/areas. Using sustained pressure and muscle stripping to loosen and lengthen tissue, these techniques will promote better circulation to reduce spasms and give you better range of motion. It can also soften fascial adhesions, relieve muscle and nerve entrapments and can help correct postural imbalances over time. Inflammatory responses in the body such as; trauma, repetitive use, poor posture, certain musculoskeletal conditions and surgical procedures can create myofascial restriction. Sciatic pain, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, arthritis, chronic headaches and TMJ issues are just some of the conditions it can also help with.
